Bikrami Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yogai postures and two Pranayama breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90 minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being.
Conducted in a heated room, Bikrami Yoga detoxifies the body through perspiration, tones the muscles and flushes every cell and organ in the body. Whatever your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any at all), this yoga will benefit your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible!
